Dr Cynthia Ngwenya, known to her patients as Dr Zan, is a specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with extensive training and experience in women’s health.
She holds a BSc and MBChB, as well as specialist qualifications including DipObs (CMSA), FCOG (CMSA), and MMed (Wits) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Dr Zan is experienced in the management of both low- and high-risk pregnancies and provides comprehensive gynaecological care. She has a particular interest in minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery, supported by GESEA certification, as well as infertility and reproductive medicine.
Her approach is grounded in clear communication, patient education, and shared decision-making—ensuring that every woman feels informed, respected, and supported throughout her care.
